Prices and Payment

All prices are expressed in Euros (€).

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. The seller does not store or have access to the payment card details used by customers.

The order is considered confirmed upon completion of the payment.

Shipping

The following delivery methods are available:

• Local pickup

• Shipping to Italy

• International shipping

Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the checkout process.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the shipping service, customs procedures and other circumstances beyond the seller's control.

The book is available for shipping worldwide. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Loss and Damage during Transport

Each copy is carefully packaged before shipping.

The seller cannot control the transport and handling of packages by couriers. Any loss or damage occurring during transport will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. The seller does not guarantee a refund, replacement of the book, or other forms of compensation for damage caused by third parties in charge of delivery.

If the package arrives damaged, the customer is requested to contact the seller within 7 days of delivery, attaching photographs of the packaging and the book.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the book, in compliance with applicable legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a written communication to the email address indicated above.

The book must be returned in its original condition. Unless otherwise provided by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method and will generally be processed within 30 days of approval of the request.
